Q: What is the “secure trip portal”?
A: Your secure trip portal is a private page for your booking where you can view and update traveler passport details and other trip information. It replaces back-and-forth emails so everything stays in one place.
Q: How do I get my secure link?
A: After you complete your BVI booking, we email a secure access link to your portal in the confirmation email. If you need a new link, enter your email and booking details on this page, and we will resend it.
Q: I did not receive my secure link. What should I do?
A: First, check your spam/junk folder and any promotions folders. If you still do not see it after a few minutes, request a new link on this page or text Joshua at (316) 669-5674.
Q: Do I still need to complete passport details if I already emailed them before?
A: Maybe. To keep everything accurate and up to date, we now manage all traveler passport information inside the secure trip portal. Please take a moment to review and confirm the details there. Add new passports and update passports that have already been sent to us inside the portal.
Q: Is my passport information secure?
A: Yes. Your portal is protected by a unique, encrypted access link tied to your booking. We only use your passport details for required travel documentation and do not share them outside what is necessary to operate your trip.
Q: How close to my travel date can I update passport information?
A: In most cases, you can update traveler details in the portal up to 72 hours before departure. If you need a last-minute change after that, please text or call the office so we can assist.
Q: What if I booked through a travel agent or used a different email?
A: Your secure link is sent to the email address on the booking. If you booked through an agent or are unsure which email was used, please text Joshua at (316) 669-5674, and he will help you access your portal.
Q: Does each traveler need their own portal link?
A: No. One secure portal link is provided per booking. Share that link with everyone in your party, and they can view and update passport details for all travelers on the same booking.
Q: I am having trouble with the portal. Can someone help me?
A: Absolutely. If you receive an error or cannot access your portal, please text Joshua at (316) 669-5674, and he will assist you and, if needed, complete the update on your behalf.
